JICA enforces intellectual property rights

The Ministry of Science and Technology (MoST) and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) have signed recently a record of discussion to strengthen the enforcement of intellectual property rights in Vietnam.

More than 4,500 violations of intellectual property rights worth tens of billions of Vietnamese dong were discovered in the past five years and nearly VND20 billion in fines has been collected.
