MediaPro to pay US$1.3b a year for Serie A TV rights

ROME: The Italian league announced on Monday (Feb 5) that the domestic television rights for Serie A games for the period 2018 to 2021 have been sold to Spanish group MediaPro for €1.05 billion (US$1.3 billion) a year.
