Hanoi’s Pho, lotus tea-making recognised as national cultural heritage

Hanoi - The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism recently added Hanoi’s Pho (rice noodle soup) and traditional craft of making lotus tea in Quang An ward, Tay Ho district, to the list of national intangible cultural heritage.
