GIZ’s concepts support green growth reforms in Vietnam

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) has been supporting the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance with technical assistance on green policy reform. Henri Pierre Gebauer, team leader on economic governance and green growth at GIZ talked with VIR’s Bich Ngoc on the country’s green fiscal reform and his suggestions for the time ahead.
