Ho Chi Minh City has handed over more than 81 per cent of the land needed for the section crossing the city of Belt Road No.3 project, enabling its construction to be launched on June 18 in Long Binh ward of Thu Duc city, according to HCM City’s Management Board of Traffic Works Construction and Investment.
