Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc hosted a reception for Country Director of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Vietnam Andrew Jeffries in Hanoi on September 17, during which he expressed his hope that Jeffries will further enhance the Vietnam-ADB partnership.
