Pharmacity has expanded its system by more than 50 per cent with about 800 pharmacies nationwide, recording 27 million transactions. The number of customers exceeded 7 million, and the company counted $155 million in revenues, more than double of 2020’s figure.
The retail chain also recorded the highest customer satisfaction score based on Cimigo's research in 202 and became a profitable business from July according to the earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation index.

Pharmacity’s rich drug portfolio features 350 Pharmacity and exclusive brand products. Vitamins and supplements were the strongest performing category of Pharmacity’s key product categories, along with personal care, healthcare, beauty products, and baby and skincare.
By 2025, Pharmacity plans to have 5,000 stores nationwide, with the goal of serving half of the country’s population within 10 minutes of their homes. Pharmacity is strengthening its digital infrastructure to prepare for its expansion and the rapid rollout of online business by 2025. This ambitious plan will lead Pharmacity to a turnover surpassing $3 billion and create jobs for over 35,000 Vietnamese people.
