As a tech-driven bank, MB has digitalised its business with a considerable emphasis on online presence. Thus, a software development methodology known as agile has been integrated into the NEU-MB Digital Hub.
In contrast to other existing means, an agile approach allows banks to adopt transparent, data-driven practices while also testing and learning on the fly. An important underlying concept of the method is a greater emphasis on addressing customers' demands than just producing goods and back-end technology.
NEU students can benefit from the agile way in terms of adaptable planning, early delivery, and constant improvement.
The project's board has worked closely with NEU to develop the most appropriate and exceptional technical and infrastructural solutions, with the mission of providing a seamless digital experience.
Examples include an ATM positioned right in the Digital Hub, as well as large displays for presentations and concept pitching sessions in a sleek design, which give the hub a greater sense of purpose.
