Great changes expected for sci-tech and innovation

The Law on Science, Technology, and Innovation was passed by the National Assembly on June 27. The legislation is not only a legal document that fully concretises the viewpoints of the Politburo, but also a declaration of Vietnam’s vision and aspiration in building a strong nation based on knowledge, sci-tech, and innovation.
