JICA willing to explore beyond traditional partnerships

In recent years, Vietnam has undergone significant socioeconomic transformation. Per capita income has quadrupled, rising from $1,000 in 2008 to $4,110 in 2023, according to the World Bank. Vietnam is also projected to achieve upper-middle-income country status in the coming years.
