Profiles International and PwC jointly held Leadership Development workshop

The Leadership Development concept, which encapsulates current challenges as well as solutions for business leaders, and the Talent Development function, was introduced for the first time in Hanoi by Profiles International.

The event, entitled “How to transform people and managers into leaders”, organised by Profiles International with PwC Vietnam as the media sponsor, took place yesterday at Hanoi Hilton hotel attracting around 80 business leaders, CEOs, human resources (HR) directors, HR managers, high level managers and senior staff from 70 companies.

With decades of experience in management, HR advisory, talent development, and leadership development solutions associated director of PwC Vietnam Vu Thi Le Lan and Client Services manager of Profiles International Vietnam Tran Quoc Huy took turn to share their specialist knowledge and insights at the event.

During the one and a half hour presentation, the attendees learned about challenges in improving the next generation of leaders, the model of good managers and great leaders researched by experts and how to apply them in reality and solutions for developing the leadership system.
