The bank focuses on innovation and personalised services based on AI and Machine Learning and is committed to building a digital ecosystem that utilises technology to deliver innovative and convenient banking solutions, aiming to promote financial inclusion and support clients financially.

The online customer service centre of Vikki Digital Bank, known as Vikki Care, is a standout feature in the era of Technology 4.0, designed to enhance the customer experience. With modern technology and a centralised operational system, Vikki Care offers a one-stop service, allowing customers to conduct all financial transactions on a single platform, helping them easily manage their financial lives in the digital age.

Vikki Digital Bank is the first digital bank in Vietnam, established and co-developed by the Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank (HDBank) and Galaxy FinX.

The bank commenced operations on July 31.
