JAKARTA-Four Vietnamese citizens were among the passengers on a plane of Papua New Guinea’s Air Niugini that missed the runway at an airport in Micronesia last week, the Vietnamese Embassy in Indonesia confirmed on Sunday. No one was injured and the passengers have been provided with food and accommodations while they remain in Micronesia.
