Canada will be a potential market for Vietnam’s export garment products when the Comprehensive Partnership and Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP) takes effect in early 2019, according to Le Tien Truong, general director of Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group (Vinatex).
