Fintech firms need support from banks: SBV

The fintech (financial technology) sector is facing difficulties of capital mobilisation shortage, inadequate legal framework and banks’ hesitance in co-operation, said Le Minh Hung, Governor of State Bank of Vietnam (SBV).
