The Law No.54/2010/QH12 on Commercial Arbitration was passed by the National Assembly on June 17, 2010 (“Law 2010”) to replace the Ordinance on Commercial Arbitration No. 08/2003/PL-UBTVQH11 (“Ordinance 2003”). Some new features of Law 2010 compared with Ordinance 2003 are outlined by Chau Huy Quang-Van Thuy Duong from LCT Lawyers.
