FOREIGNERS and locals will pay the same airfare for domestic routes next year, a move that foreign investors have long been asking for.Civil aviation authorities have announced the abolition of the dual airfare system, effective from January 1. Both Vietnamese and foreign nationals will then pay VND1.5 million ($96) for an economy-class ticket between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
