The senior leaders of Sanofi Vietnam were conferred the “Leadership Excellence” award, in the category of “People Champion”, including:

Emin Turan represented Sanofi Vietnam's leadership team to receive the award at Vietnam Excellence 2021 |
Emin Turan, general manager of General Medicines & Country Lead for Sanofi Indochina, shared, “Building a people-oriented workplace has always been a top priority of the management board of Sanofi Vietnam. The COVID-19 pandemic has been a challenging period to business activities, operations, and human resource policies as we committed to the health and safety of employees, maintained connection within the organisation, ignited inspiration and promoted employees’ capacity enhancement all at once. This award is not only an appreciative recognition but also a motivation for the management board of Sanofi Vietnam to go the extra mile to build a diverse, inclusive, and harmonious working environment for all staff.”
In particular, Sanofi Vietnam adopted a wide range of HR policies to take care of its workforce, by allowing employees to work from home from the end of May 2021 to minimise the risk of being infected by COVID-19; introducing paid leave policy for employees or their relatives affected by COVID-19; making an effort to ensure all physical and mental conditions to uphold the working and living environment for production staff; attempting to maintain a source of income for employees during the epidemic; and implementing virtual sharing, networking, and learning programmes to foster the positive spirit and proactive work ethic for employees.
So far, flexible and thorough policies have supported Sanofi Vietnam as a whole to connect, improve work efficiency, and be ready to face upcoming challenges.
