Covering 400 square meters on the ground floor, the new Samsung Customer Service Plaza meets the CSP standards which are the latest criterion on customer services Samsung is developing worldwide.
The firm said the new CSP boasts a vast array of services for various products satisfying requirements of customer service quality and it also supplies maintenance and technical consultation services to all Samsung products that are produced or sold in Vietnam.
Besides a showroom which features products and technology and relaxation areas targeting clients, the center provides Smart Care service packages and other special services for smart products like Galaxy SIII, Galaxy Note and Galaxy Tab.
