Luxury residential DEFINE fully book after two hours

The units were booked at an average price of about VND125 million ($5,430) per square metre and all units were priced above VND23 billion ($1 million).

The highest-priced four-bedroom unit on the 24^th floor was booked at about VND150 million ($6,520) per sq.m. The penthouse unit located on the 25^th level with spectacular views of the Saigon River was also booked through a ballot at about VND83 billion ($3.6 million), equivalent to VND160 million ($6,700) per sq.m.
