Doors open to Tiens Vietnam
China-based Tiens Vietnam has opened its office in Ho Chi Minh City.
Tiens Vietnam is an affiliate of the multinational Tiens Group, which is active many fields including the retail sector, health management, hotel and tourism industry, e-commerce and financial investments.
Tiens Vietnam have set itself the ambitious target of having 20 per cent of market share in Vietnam by 2013, with revenue from functional foods accounting for 67 per cent of total revenue, and cosmetics for seven per cent.
Tiens Vietnam is located in northern Hai Duong province and its 30,000-square-metre manufacturing factory has an initial investment capital of $30 million.
