Donors weigh up Vietnam’s economic stability

International donors and Vietnamese government representatives will gather in a meeting in Hanoi early next month to discuss measures to stabilise Vietnam’s economy.

At the two-day Consultative Group Meeting, held by the World Bank and Ministry of Planning and Investment in Hanoi on December 7-8th 2010, international donors will discuss Vietnam’s sustainable economic development and opportunities for the country to become a middle-income country.

Before that, a Vietnam Business Forum will be held in Hanoi on December 2, 2010. At the forum, business community will have chance to raise their concerns and propose measures to further improve Vietnam’s business climate.
