Being asked what was the first insurer the auto owners thought about, 24 per cent of them chose Liberty while 23 per cent thought about Bao Viet. The list follows with PJICO with 13 per cent and PVI with 11 per cent.
Up to 82 per cent of Liberty customers said they are satisfied at its service quality. Bao Viet has a satisfactory ratio of 60 per cent, PVI 56 per cent and PJICO 54 per cent. Around 77 per cent of car owners said they would buy Liberty insurance products again after closing current contracts while the ratio at PJICO, Bao Viet and PVI were 65 per cent, 63 per cent and 60 per cent respectively.
The three main factors affecting customer decision are compensation service, introduction from others and advices of automobile sale persons and mechanics. Some 54 per cent of Liberty customers chose the insurer for good service quality. Meanwhile, 25 per cent of clients bought insurance products of Bao Viet due to its brand and the ratio of buyers choosing for its good service was 23 per cent.
