Live: Industrial Property Forum 2022-Smoothing the path for capital inflows

Vietnam will likely remain one of the best investment destinations for industrial real estate in Southeast Asia for the next decade and new trends and types have become hotspots for investors and localities alike. The Industrial Property Forum 2022 will discuss some of these trends, bottlenecks, and other industry insights right in the heart of the southern megalopolis Ho Chi Minh City.

Some of the many topics discussed a the forum include the conditions developers need to attract investors, bottlenecks that need to be removed to expand supply and issues related to logistics, and supply chain operations.

Further in the focus will be products and services that industrial parks should offer to meet the needs of tenants and be consistent with the government's sustainable development orientation as well as how new policies should be designed to catch the new investment wave from the global shift.

All of these issues are discussed by consultants, policymakers, investors, and industrial real estate developers at the Vietnam Industrial Property Forum 2022.

Co-organised by Vietnam Investment Review and BW Industrial JSC under the auspice of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the forum has the theme of Smoothing the Path for Capital Inflow.
