Indonesia has returned five containers of rubbish to the United States and will not become a "dumping ground", officials said Saturday (Jun 15), the latest Southeast Asian country to return imported waste.

Thousands of Vietnamese are living off money earned from scavenging through rubbish dumps. Many of these waste collectors are children who have dropped out of school to help some extra cash for their families.
