PetroVietnam affiliates post high 2010 profits

PVS reported a total revenue of VND16.84 trillion ($813.5 million) last year, an increase of 57.6 per cent over the previous year.

Its net profit also reached nearly VND908 billion ($43.8 million) during the period, a year-on-year increase of 43 per cent. The company's 2010 earnings per share (EPS) ratio reached VND4,536 ($0.21).

PET also posted a total revenue of over VND10 trillion ($483 million) in 2010 and a post-tax profit of over $184 billion ($8.8 million), a year-on-year increase of 33 per cent in revenue and over 62 per cent in net profit.
