The Total Retail Management Solutions project was signed at the end of July 2020, marking the initial step of investment cooperation in IT application between HVN and SKR. Soon after that, HVN has implemented and operated the system to help SonKim Mode manage and develop a diversified retail business ecosystem, control costs, and increase profits while boosting competitiveness and building a strong brand.

Besides development opportunities, businesses are also facing different objectives and subjective challenges from management and operation to business development. Therefore, right from the very beginning, HVN has helped SonKim Mode identify and assess key challenges and potential risks to come up with solutions and an implementation roadmap.

Up to now, the project has completed the following items such as deploying an omnichannel retail solution that brings shopping (for customers) and operations (for retailers) experiences from online to offline and vice versa (O2O), integration with gateways and support third-party payment methods such as MoMo, ZaloPay, Vietcombank EDC, VNPay, Clingme, Gift voucher; integration with shipping service providers like DHL and Giaohangnhanh; integration with legacy systems like Resulticks and Freshdesk (CRM), Loyalty Programme; deploying a flexible reporting system for employees at the office, transferring data from Haravan legacy and integration with Oracle NetSuite system.
