FLC Group inaugurates Samson Beach and Golf Resort

The complex, spread over 200 hectares, was built with a total investment of more than VND5.5 trillion (more than US$250 million).

It includes a 1,300-seat convention centre, an 18-hole golf course, the five-star Fusion Resort Samson hotel with nearly 100 rooms, the four-star À La Carte Samson hotel with 600 rooms and bungalows, and more than 1,000 villas. Construction of the complex began in April 2014.

FLC Samson reportedly employs 2,000 local people, ensuring a stable income for them. It is expected to contribute significantly to the provincial budget and help the province make the transition to a services-based economy.

The FLC Group is engaged in a series of projects in Thanh Hoa, including the FLC Housing Complex, the Hoang Long Industrial Zone, and the Lam Son agricultural development project, with a total investment of about VND15 trillion (more than $681.8 million).
